Mike has lived in Anthem since 2000 and has exclusively represented buyers and sellers in his community since its inception in 1999.
Starting as a sales representative for the builder, Del Webb, in 1999, he acquired a unique knowledge of the development’s background, history and company philosophy. Learning all of the floor plans, along with all the builder- offered options for each model, became a tremendous asset for his clients. Detailed knowledge of original home site premiums, lot positioning and sizes, community amenities, HOA fees, social dues, and golf membership information and dues is also key to his community expertise.
Nearing the “build out” of the new homes, Mike elected to remain in Anthem to continue to provide service to his clients and their friends, families and colleagues. In the Fall of 2004, he transferred his real estate license to the Anthem Remax office and has since enjoyed a successful and rewarding relationship with the world’s most well-known and respected real estate company.
As a proud member of the Remax Professionals team, Mike is a Chairman’s Club Award recipient and Remax Hall of Fame Member.
